唐勇,中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所所長、研究員,2015年當(dāng)選科學(xué)院院士。研究領(lǐng)域為高選擇性有機(jī)合成反應(yīng)和聚烯烴催化劑設(shè)計與合成研究,針對催化反應(yīng)中選擇性控制等核心問題,提出并運用“邊臂策略”設(shè)計新催化劑。設(shè)計的手性配體已成功用于不對稱催化反應(yīng)并發(fā)展了葉立德反應(yīng)選擇性調(diào)控的新方法;設(shè)計新型聚烯烴催化劑實現(xiàn)聚乙烯多樣性鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的高效選擇性合成,開發(fā)的極低支化度UHMWPE和高支化度ETO均已實現(xiàn)應(yīng)用。
TANG Yong,the director and researcher of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, who was elected an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. His research fields include highly selective organic synthesis reactions and the design and synthesis of olefin polymerization catalyst. In view of the key problems such as selective control in catalytic reaction, a new concept of "side arm strategy" for catalyst design is put forward. The designed series of chiral ligands have been successfully applied to asymmetric catalytic reaction and developed some new methods for selective regulation of Yellide reaction; the designed single center polyolefin catalysts realize the selective and efficient synthesis of polyethylene with diversity chain structure, both the very low branched UHMWPE and high branched ETO have achieved industrial application.

近年來,中國新能源汽車、工業(yè)機(jī)器人、核電、風(fēng)電、新型裝甲以及大型艦船等高技術(shù)與高端裝備制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展對潤滑產(chǎn)品提出了更高需求,基于更高黏溫性能、更低蒸發(fā)損失和更優(yōu)低溫粘度的合成基礎(chǔ)油發(fā)展的高端潤滑油品逐漸成為高技術(shù)及高端裝備的關(guān)鍵支撐材料,對國防建設(shè)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的保障作用日益突出。報告將與同行們分享團(tuán)隊近期在系列粘度液態(tài)乙烯聚合物(ETO)的創(chuàng)制及其在高性能潤滑油中的應(yīng)用探究。In recent years, the rapid development of high-tech and high-end equipment manufacturing industries in China, such as new energy vehicles, industrial robots, nuclear power, wind power, armored vehicles, and large ships, has placed greater technical demands on lubrication products. High-end lubricants relied on synthetic base oils, which with higher viscosity temperature, lower evaporation loss and better low-temperature viscosity, have gradually become the key supporting materials for high-tech and high-end equipments, and play an increasingly prominent role in guaranteeing national defense construction as well as national economic development. This report will show the audiences recent research progress in our team in key lubrication materials from a technical perspective, and particularly the synthesis and application of ethylene-based dendrimer-like hydrocarbons (ETO).

斯杰里馬赫·亞歷山大,烏克蘭國家工程院院士,北京理工大學(xué)特聘教授,是國際杰出的摩擦學(xué)及納米摩擦學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)<?。他獨?chuàng)的“黏著-變形-流體動壓摩擦磨損理論”在國際應(yīng)用摩擦學(xué)領(lǐng)域得到了高度認(rèn)可;突破的納米尺度空間形貌檢測及構(gòu)造技術(shù),實現(xiàn)摩擦表面形貌表征的技術(shù)跨越;研發(fā)的磁脈沖湍流清洗裝備,已在航空企業(yè)得到廣泛運用。由于在摩擦學(xué)及納米摩擦技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的重要貢獻(xiàn),他榮獲中國政府友誼獎。
Oleksandr Stelmakh, the Academician of National Academy of Engineering of Ukraine and Distinguished Professor at Beijing Institute of Technology, is an internationally renowned expert in tribology and nanotribology. He pioneered the "Adhesion-Deformation-Hydrodynamic Friction and Wear Theory," which has received significant recognition in the global applied tribology community. His breakthroughs in nanoscale surface morphology detection and construction technology have led to a significant advancement in the characterization of friction surfaces. Additionally, the magnetic pulse turbulent cleaning equipment he developed has been widely adopted in the aviation industry. In recognition of his substantial contributions to tribology and nanotribology, he was received by Premier LI Keqiang and awarded the Chinese Government Friendship Award.
黏著-變形-流體動壓摩擦磨損理論及實踐Adhesion-Deformation-Hydrodynamic Friction and Wear Theory and Practice
實驗表明,在摩擦過程中,摩擦表面之間彈性變形接觸區(qū)域內(nèi),潤滑層發(fā)生兩個極性相反的過程:收斂區(qū)域內(nèi)擠壓導(dǎo)致的回流以及發(fā)散區(qū)域內(nèi)“負(fù)壓”導(dǎo)致的局部真空和空化。而在最大接觸應(yīng)力區(qū)域存在一個狹窄的過渡區(qū)域,其應(yīng)力梯度接近于零,并且潤滑層中的壓力始終等于環(huán)境壓力?;谠摤F(xiàn)象,創(chuàng)新構(gòu)建面向摩擦表明黏著-變形-流體動壓耦合過程中的摩擦磨損理論及數(shù)理模型,有助于更深刻的理解潤滑過程中磨損的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制。
Experiments have shown that during the friction process, within the elastically deformed contact area between the friction surfaces, the lubrication layer undergoes two opposite processes: backflow caused by extrusion in the confusor elastically deformed region and local vacuum and cavitation caused by rarefaction in the diffuser elastically deformed region. In the area of maximum contact stress, there is a narrow transition region where the stress gradient approaches zero, and the pressure in the lubrication layer remains equal to the ambient pressure. Based on this phenomenon, an innovative friction and wear theory and mathematical model for the adhesion-deformation-hydrodynamic coupling process on friction surfaces has been developed, which helps to deepen the understanding of wear mechanisms during lubrication.

Felix Zhao works with the tech team in lubricant formulation development and manufacture support, lubrication application, marketing technical support, lubricant performance evaluation and testing, lubricant related industry standard advocacy works, etc. Felix joined heritage Mobil in 1998. He has over 25 years work experience in lubricant industry. His experience includes OEM Technical liaison, lubricant product quality management, lubricant production management, and current coverage of lubricant formulation development, test program and advocacy work. He has management experience covering the whole AP region. Currently covers North Asia Pacific region.

大連海事大學(xué)教授,中國內(nèi)燃機(jī)學(xué)會理事,中國機(jī)械工程學(xué)會摩擦學(xué)分會會員。主要研究領(lǐng)域是內(nèi)燃機(jī)的摩擦、磨損和潤滑,重點是摩擦磨損試驗設(shè)備、試驗方法、摩擦副材料及其與潤滑油的匹配。相關(guān)成果獲國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎、遼寧省科技進(jìn)步一等獎等科技獎,發(fā)表專著《柴油機(jī)活塞環(huán)缸套摩擦學(xué)》,獲得發(fā)明專利20余項。
Xu Jiujun, professor of Dalian Maritime University, director of Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines, member of Tribology Branch of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. The main research fields are the friction, wear and lubrication of the internal combustion engine, focusing on the friction and wear test equipment, test methods, friction pair materials and their matching with lubricating oil. Related achievements have won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Liaoning Province Science and Technology Progress and other science and technology awards, published the monograph "Tribology of Diesel Engine Piston Ring-Cylinder Liner", and won more than 20 invention patents.

潤滑油作為一種可運輸“營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)”的可變形摩擦材料,在發(fā)動機(jī)的可靠運行中起著關(guān)鍵作用。隨著柴油機(jī)強(qiáng)化程度的提高和綠色燃料的運用,對潤滑油及其添加劑性能提出了更高的要求。本報告將以活塞環(huán)和氣缸套摩擦副為對象,介紹發(fā)動機(jī)摩擦副的潤滑狀態(tài)及其摩擦特性、摩擦學(xué)行為的快速評價方法、高速狀態(tài)下流體潤滑膜的減阻、重載狀態(tài)下邊界潤滑膜的作用機(jī)制以及綠色燃料對發(fā)動機(jī)潤滑行為的影響。As a deformable friction material that can transport "nutrients", lubricants play a key role in the reliable operation of the engine. With the enhancement of diesel engine and the application of green fuel, the performance of lubricating oil and its additives has higher requirements. This report will introduce the lubrication state of piston ring and cylinder bore friction pair, the rapid test method of tribological behavior, the friction resistance reduction of fluid lubrication film in high velocity state, the mechanism of boundary lubrication film under heavy load state and the influence of green fuel on the engine lubrication behavior.

電驅(qū)油及氫發(fā)動機(jī)油測評技術(shù)研究Research on Evaluation Technology of Electric Drive Oil and Hydrogen Engine Oil
針對行業(yè)關(guān)注的濕式電驅(qū)油的測試評價需求,天檢中心團(tuán)隊自主開發(fā)電驅(qū)油對系統(tǒng)效率影響的評價方法,解決當(dāng)前測試中重復(fù)性差的問題。此外,開發(fā)高速抗泡性測試裝置和方法,提出高效電驅(qū)油驗證方案,推動超低粘電驅(qū)油的應(yīng)用研究。氫發(fā)動機(jī)燃燒特性帶來了潤滑油的乳化、早燃等難點。天檢中心在乳化測評上考察了在頻繁融水-除水過程中各關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的衰敗特性及變化規(guī)律,在早燃測評上通過機(jī)油噴注裝置來探索機(jī)油成分對氫發(fā)動機(jī)早燃影響。In response to the testing and evaluation needs of the EDF for wet EDU, the team of the TATC independently developed an evaluation method for the impact of EDF on system efficiency, addressing the issue of poor repeatability in current testing. In addition, focusing on the hot topics in the industry, TATC has developed high-speed anti-foaming testing devices and methods, proposed efficient and reliable EDF verification schemes, and promoted the application research of ultra-low viscosity EDF.The combustion characteristics of hydrogen engines pose challenges such as emulsification and pre-ignition of lubricating oil. TATC investigated the degradation characteristics and changes of key indicators during frequent water melting and removal processes in emulsion evaluation, and explored the influence of oil composition on pre-ignition of hydrogen internal combustion engines through oil injection devices in pre-ignition evaluation.
