TANG Yong,the director and researcher of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, who was elected an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. His research fields include highly selective organic synthesis reactions and the design and synthesis of olefin polymerization catalyst. In view of the key problems such as selective control in catalytic reaction, a new concept of "side arm strategy" for catalyst design is put forward. The designed series of chiral ligands have been successfully applied to asymmetric catalytic reaction and developed some new methods for selective regulation of Yellide reaction; the designed single center polyolefin catalysts realize the selective and efficient synthesis of polyethylene with diversity chain structure, both the very low branched UHMWPE and high branched ETO have achieved industrial application.

近年來(lái),中國(guó)新能源汽車(chē)、工業(yè)機(jī)器人、核電、風(fēng)電、新型裝甲以及大型艦船等高技術(shù)與高端裝備制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展對(duì)潤(rùn)滑產(chǎn)品提出了更高需求,基于更高黏溫性能、更低蒸發(fā)損失和更優(yōu)低溫粘度的合成基礎(chǔ)油發(fā)展的高端潤(rùn)滑油品逐漸成為高技術(shù)及高端裝備的關(guān)鍵支撐材料,對(duì)國(guó)防建設(shè)與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的保障作用日益突出。報(bào)告將與同行們分享團(tuán)隊(duì)近期在系列粘度液態(tài)乙烯聚合物(ETO)的創(chuàng)制及其在高性能潤(rùn)滑油中的應(yīng)用探究。In recent years, the rapid development of high-tech and high-end equipment manufacturing industries in China, such as new energy vehicles, industrial robots, nuclear power, wind power, armored vehicles, and large ships, has placed greater technical demands on lubrication products. High-end lubricants relied on synthetic base oils, which with higher viscosity temperature, lower evaporation loss and better low-temperature viscosity, have gradually become the key supporting materials for high-tech and high-end equipments, and play an increasingly prominent role in guaranteeing national defense construction as well as national economic development. This report will show the audiences recent research progress in our team in key lubrication materials from a technical perspective, and particularly the synthesis and application of ethylene-based dendrimer-like hydrocarbons (ETO).

Oleksandr Stelmakh, the Academician of National Academy of Engineering of Ukraine and Distinguished Professor at Beijing Institute of Technology, is an internationally renowned expert in tribology and nanotribology. He pioneered the "Adhesion-Deformation-Hydrodynamic Friction and Wear Theory," which has received significant recognition in the global applied tribology community. His breakthroughs in nanoscale surface morphology detection and construction technology have led to a significant advancement in the characterization of friction surfaces. Additionally, the magnetic pulse turbulent cleaning equipment he developed has been widely adopted in the aviation industry. In recognition of his substantial contributions to tribology and nanotribology, he was received by Premier LI Keqiang and awarded the Chinese Government Friendship Award.
黏著-變形-流體動(dòng)壓摩擦磨損理論及實(shí)踐Adhesion-Deformation-Hydrodynamic Friction and Wear Theory and Practice
實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在摩擦過(guò)程中,摩擦表面之間彈性變形接觸區(qū)域內(nèi),潤(rùn)滑層發(fā)生兩個(gè)極性相反的過(guò)程:收斂區(qū)域內(nèi)擠壓導(dǎo)致的回流以及發(fā)散區(qū)域內(nèi)“負(fù)壓”導(dǎo)致的局部真空和空化。而在最大接觸應(yīng)力區(qū)域存在一個(gè)狹窄的過(guò)渡區(qū)域,其應(yīng)力梯度接近于零,并且潤(rùn)滑層中的壓力始終等于環(huán)境壓力?;谠摤F(xiàn)象,創(chuàng)新構(gòu)建面向摩擦表明黏著-變形-流體動(dòng)壓耦合過(guò)程中的摩擦磨損理論及數(shù)理模型,有助于更深刻的理解潤(rùn)滑過(guò)程中磨損的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制。
Experiments have shown that during the friction process, within the elastically deformed contact area between the friction surfaces, the lubrication layer undergoes two opposite processes: backflow caused by extrusion in the confusor elastically deformed region and local vacuum and cavitation caused by rarefaction in the diffuser elastically deformed region. In the area of maximum contact stress, there is a narrow transition region where the stress gradient approaches zero, and the pressure in the lubrication layer remains equal to the ambient pressure. Based on this phenomenon, an innovative friction and wear theory and mathematical model for the adhesion-deformation-hydrodynamic coupling process on friction surfaces has been developed, which helps to deepen the understanding of wear mechanisms during lubrication.

Xu Jiujun, professor of Dalian Maritime University, director of Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines, member of Tribology Branch of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. The main research fields are the friction, wear and lubrication of the internal combustion engine, focusing on the friction and wear test equipment, test methods, friction pair materials and their matching with lubricating oil. Related achievements have won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Liaoning Province Science and Technology Progress and other science and technology awards, published the monograph "Tribology of Diesel Engine Piston Ring-Cylinder Liner", and won more than 20 invention patents.

With the enhancement of diesel engine and the application of green fuel, the performance of lubricating oil and its additives has higher requirements. This report will introduce the lubrication state of piston ring and cylinder bore friction pair, the rapid test method of tribological behavior, the friction resistance reduction of fluid lubrication film in high velocity state, the mechanism of boundary lubrication film under heavy load state and the influence of green fuel on the engine lubrication behavior.

楊正軍,博士研究生學(xué)歷,高級(jí)工程師,中汽研汽車(chē)檢驗(yàn)中心(天津)有限公司黨委委員、副總經(jīng)理,主持機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)測(cè)試與開(kāi)發(fā)工作多年,兼任中國(guó)汽車(chē)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)燃油箱系統(tǒng)分會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)內(nèi)燃機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)燃料與潤(rùn)滑分會(huì)副主任委員、中國(guó)內(nèi)燃機(jī)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)乘用車(chē)動(dòng)力總成專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)理事。參與省部級(jí)科研課題5項(xiàng),牽頭完成行業(yè)內(nèi)第一臺(tái)重型車(chē)國(guó)六認(rèn)證等行業(yè)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。獲得機(jī)械工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、環(huán)境技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)等5項(xiàng)省部級(jí)科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。YANG Zhengjun, PHD, senior engineer, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of CATARC Automotive Test Center(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd. He has been in charge of motor vehicle testing and development for many years. He also serves as the Chairman of the Fuel Tank System Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Vice Chairman of the Fuel and Lubrication Branch of the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines , and Director of the Passenger Vehicle Powertrain Professional Committee of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association. Participated in 5 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, led the completion of key projects in the industry such as the first heavy-duty vehicle national VI certification. Received 5 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological awards, including the second prize of the Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award, the second prize of the Environmental Technology Progress Award.
電驅(qū)油及氫發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)研究Research on Evaluation Technology of Electric Drive Oil and Hydrogen Engine Oil
針對(duì)行業(yè)關(guān)注的濕式電驅(qū)油的測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)需求,天檢中心團(tuán)隊(duì)自主開(kāi)發(fā)電驅(qū)油對(duì)系統(tǒng)效率影響的評(píng)價(jià)方法,解決當(dāng)前測(cè)試中重復(fù)性差的問(wèn)題。此外,開(kāi)發(fā)高速抗泡性測(cè)試裝置和方法,提出高效電驅(qū)油驗(yàn)證方案,推動(dòng)超低粘電驅(qū)油的應(yīng)用研究。氫發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒特性帶來(lái)了潤(rùn)滑油的乳化、早燃等難點(diǎn)。天檢中心在乳化測(cè)評(píng)上考察了在頻繁融水-除水過(guò)程中各關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的衰敗特性及變化規(guī)律,在早燃測(cè)評(píng)上通過(guò)機(jī)油噴注裝置來(lái)探索機(jī)油成分對(duì)氫發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)早燃影響。In response to the testing and evaluation needs of the EDF for wet EDU, the team of the TATC independently developed an evaluation method for the impact of EDF on system efficiency, addressing the issue of poor repeatability in current testing. In addition, focusing on the hot topics in the industry, TATC has developed high-speed anti-foaming testing devices and methods, proposed efficient and reliable EDF verification schemes, and promoted the application research of ultra-low viscosity EDF.The combustion characteristics of hydrogen engines pose challenges such as emulsification and pre-ignition of lubricating oil. TATC investigated the degradation characteristics and changes of key indicators during frequent water melting and removal processes in emulsion evaluation, and explored the influence of oil composition on pre-ignition of hydrogen internal combustion engines through oil injection devices in pre-ignition evaluation.
